• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout and registration.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

3. Product Descriptions and Pricing

• Product Information: We strive to display technical specifications, colors, and images of electronics as accurately as possible. However, actual product packaging or colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or manufacturer updates.

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in the local currency specified at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing or typographical error on a listed item, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item prior to dispatch, even if an order confirmation has been issued.

4. Orders and Payment

• Placing an order through WooCommerce constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to inventory availability and acceptance by iDigital.ps.

• Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), local online payment gateways, or direct bank transfer as made available during checkout.

• Order confirmation emails do not represent final acceptance; an order is considered accepted once it is processed and dispatched.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver across eligible territories in Palestine. Estimated delivery times provided during checkout are guidelines and not guaranteed deadlines.

• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery at the address specified in your order.

• Inspect packages upon receipt. If an item arrives physically damaged, report it to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Electronics Warranty Policy

• Manufacturer Warranty: Covered electronics come with standard manufacturer or local distributor warranties where applicable.

• Coverage Limits: Warranties cover hardware defects and technical malfunctions under normal use. They do not cover water damage, physical breakage, unauthorized repairs, modified firmware/software, or normal wear and tear.

• Serial numbers must match our sales records for warranty claims to be processed.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 3 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, subject to inspection.

• Condition of Items: Returned electronics must be unused, in their original factory packaging with unbroken security seals, and include all original accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

• Sealed items (such as earphones, software, or unsealed mobile phones) cannot be returned once opened unless proven defective upon initial receipt.

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, minus applicable delivery fees, once returned items pass inspection.

8. Limitation of Liability iDigital.ps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, products sold on the site, or for data loss resulting from device malfunction.

9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Palestine. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
